To protect my customers from credit card fraud, I only ship to the address of record for the card number you provide. Secondary "ship to" addresses are not accepted.

If you are not satisfied with your TechnoChallenged.com purchase, I offer my money back guarantee on any order returned within 10 days in new condition (no wear and tear), with CD-ROM seals and/or original tags still intact. I will immediately issue a refund (less postage) or offer you a replacement upon receipt of your request and the original product for verification of its condition.

All orders are shipped via USPS Snail or Priority Mail - your choice.

• Most orders ship within 48 hours of their receipt (M-F). If items are backordered I will email you with my anticipated ship date.
• I only ship within the United States. International orders outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.

Visa/MasterCard required to setup account. Your credit card will be autocharged on the first of each month. You will receive an invoice copy by email to the address provided at signup for your files. Monthly fees are prorated on the 15th and end of the month.
